Vaani Greens by Kanchanjuri Tea Estate (“Vaani Greens”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) understands that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which you can receive a refund for your stay at Vaani Greens.

Quantum of Refund :

We will offer a full refund, after deducting the necessary charges like processing fee.You can cancel your reservation in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

Refund Criteria :

You will entitled to get refund as per above clause , for any deviation from the promised compliance as mentioned below

If we are unable to fulfill your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, (such as natural disasters or unexpected closures),
If your accommodation is not up to the standards as advertised on our website or promotional materials,
If you experience a major service disruption during your stay that significantly impacts your enjoyment (such as prolonged power outages or unavailable amenities).

Exceptions :

These refund policy is not applicable in following circumstances

Minor inconveniences or service disruptions that do not significantly impact your stay
Changes in your personal plans or preferences after your reservation has been confirmed.
Early departure, which is not caused by our fault.
Damage to the property caused by your actions or negligence.

Refund Process :

The process for refund may take 10-15 business days. Certain privileges like booking rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellation, refund. Therefore, customers/guests are advised to carefully check the room description and any associated conditions before making a booking. The resort shall not be liable to cancel, refund or alter any bookings, if the reservation is made under such privileged booking rates or special offers.

Important Notes :

This Refund Policy applies to all reservations made directly or indirectly with Vaani Greens. For bookings made through online travel agencies (OTAs), please refer to their individual refund policies.

Proof of purchase (e.g., confirmation email, receipt) is required for all refund requests. All decisions regarding refunds are at the sole discretion of Vaani Greens management.
