In the event of a medical emergency, death in the immediate family, or a government-mandated travel restriction that directly impacts your ability to travel, we may consider waiving the cancellation fee on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if you experience one of these situations.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation confirmation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to make the booking. Please note that bank processing fee may apply.
This Cancellation Policy applies to all reservations made directly with Vaani Greens. For bookings made through online travel agencies (OTAs), please refer to their individual cancellation policies. Early departures are considered cancellations subject to the terms of this policy. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
